[210215] colorful pastel-like psd coloring

to celebrate the lunar new year + my first deviantart post in 2015    i made this special colorful pastel-like psd coloring for you guys!! since if i'm posting this psd on tumblr.. maybe some people gonna be sensitive because there is an issue that called "white-washing" about pastel psd.. so here it is!! it's a colorful psd as you can see in the preview that contains a pastel-like effect if this psd look too colorful to you, just adjust the setting of the hue/saturation 1 layer until you get the result that you want! well, that's it!  to get this psd, please read the rules from me before:
